I havent quite started reading the book yet but I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Janelle for setting this up!! I can't wait to check back in later!
Thanks, Janelle. The Last Days of Summer is hilarious! I seldom laugh out loud about anything but I did over this. Serious undertones though. Of Human Bondage! Joanne, you are a demon for punishment! It's been a long time since I read it but seem to recall some of those "usless people" in it. Am I right? Paul Henried - not too sure about the spelling - was in the movie maybe.

I just finished The Guardian by Nicholis Sparks (very good) and have started The Glass Castle (a self revealing look at being homeless and its effects)by Jeannette Walls.
